CEQAdocs owner Don Ritter has provided these services for both public and private clients since 1995. He has over 30 years of extensive technical and project management experience working on both public and private development projects resolving complex issues.
 Don is well versed in the CEQA and NEPA processes and their importance in guiding development projects. He has reviewed and provided analysis on most types of environmental documents, including:
Environmental Impact Reports & Statements, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Environmental Assessments, and Negative Declarations.
In addition to his familiarity with CEQA & NEPA requirements, Don has extensive experience with acquiring regulatory agency approvals, such as:
US Army Corps Section 404 permits, CA Fish & Game Section 1603 Streambed Alteration Agreements, and CA Regional Water Quality Control Board 401 Water Quality Certifications.
Don also has a real-life working knowledge of all aspects of the design, development and post development activities related to residential and commercial development projects. He has performed project management services for a variety of projects, including large-scale housing projects, a California Dept of Forestry Fire Station, AT&T communications bunker, commercial mini-storage and a pre-school, to name a few.
